Simply put, I’m a foodie at heart. The love of cooking and baking is what led me to pursue my passion. Cooking for my family, I was always complimented on my natural ease and abilities in the kitchen. Particularly, my love for baking stood out. Today I’m a certified pastry chef and a basic cake decorator with an abundance in self taught skills. I run a blog “Spoon Me Slender” which is my attempt at recreating a variety of dishes that are lightened-up. I am delighted to a part of this amazing team, which will definitely help me to improve and build on my skills.
